Navigating infertility can feel incredibly lonely and overwhelming at times
There are many reasons why couples may struggle to conceive, and in up to 25% of cases, infertility is unexplained. This uncertainty can bring significant stress and anxiety. It’s important to recognise the connection — infertility can cause stress, and stress itself can impact fertility.
Reflexology offers a gentle, natural way to help reduce stress and anxiety, supporting both emotional wellbeing and the body’s natural balance.
Infertility is something I can personally relate to, which is why I’ve created a space that feels calm, nurturing, and safe — somewhere you can truly relax, be yourself, and feel genuinely listened to.
And when pregnancy does happen, it’s just as important to continue that support. I can work with you throughout your journey, helping to ease common symptoms such as morning sickness, heartburn, and pelvic girdle pain, while also supporting your body in preparing for labour.
A Space Just For You
Every session begins with a gentle, relaxed chat so your treatment can be tailored to exactly what you need that day. Your stage in your cycle is always taken into account to ensure the most supportive approach.
This is an unrushed space where you are truly heard — a place where you can simply be, without pressure or expectation, and feel deeply supported every step of the way
