These imbalances can stem from current life challenges, stressors, or even past experiences. While there are many chakras in the body, there are seven key chakras believed to be the most important. Each of these chakras is associated with a specific colour and its unique energy.
The goal of chakra balancing is to promote a smooth and harmonious energy flow, supporting overall vitality and well-being. Everyday life presents various stressors that can cause fluctuations in your energy, and balancing your chakras is like giving your body an energetic reset, similar to recharging a battery.

Reiki/Chakra Treatment
Chakra Balancing Treatment is a gentle yet deeply transformative energy healing session that aims to restore harmony within your body's seven primary energy centres, or chakras. Each chakra influences different aspects of your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. When one or more chakras become blocked or unbalanced, it can manifest as feelings of stress, unease, or physical discomfort.
During this calming and relaxing treatment, I work to release blockages and re-establish the natural flow of energy through each chakra. Seven crystals will be placed on your corresponding chakras to amplify their energy, and I will use light hand placements, either on or just above your body, to channel healing energy into each energy centre.
The session is designed to promote deep relaxation, restore chakra balance, release emotional or energetic blocks, and enhance your overall sense of well-being. A balanced chakra system fosters mental clarity, emotional stability, and physical vitality.

REIKI/CHAKRA RE-BALANCE TREATMENT 50 MINUTE £50
This treatment includes a 40-minute Reiki session, incorporating specialized Chakra healing crystals, each selected for one of the seven chakras. These crystals are placed on your body along the chakra points, and I use their energy, combined with the healing energy from my hands, to help rebalance your chakras. The session promotes deep relaxation and a sense of overall well-being.
