- Comfort and Relaxation: You’ll be asked to lie comfortably on a treatment bed, fully clothed. It's recommended to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to help you fully relax. I’ll ensure you’re settled and comfortable before we begin.
- Gentle Reiki Healing: The treatment will start with my hands either lightly touching or hovering just above specific areas of your body, depending on your preference. I’ll move through key energy points, channeling healing energy to restore balance and support your overall well-being. You may feel warmth, tingling, or a calming sensation as the energy flows.
- End of Treatment: The treatment will end with a few moments of quiet relaxation, allowing you to absorb the energy fully.

This treatment includes a 40-minute Reiki session, incorporating specialized Chakra healing crystals, each selected for one of the seven chakras. These crystals are placed on your body along the chakra points, and I use their energy, combined with the healing energy from my hands, to help rebalance your chakras. The session promotes deep relaxation and a sense of overall well-being.
