A 40 minute session using specialised Chakra crystal healing stones, specific to each of the seven chakras. I use the energy from the crystals combined with the energy from my hands to help the body to re-balance, leaving you with a feeling of total relaxation and well-being.

A 40 minute session using seven essential oils that relate to each chakra, which you inhale, to aid the body to re-balance the chakras. This is great for anyone that loves to use their sense of smell. However if you are sensitive to certain smells or have any allergies, I would recommend one of the other chakra healing sessions for you.

A 60 minute session using a crystal pendulum that I place over each of the seven main chakra centres, which reveals where there may be any imbalances. From here I work with the energy through my hands until that chakra is balanced, leaving you with feeling of relaxation and peace.

All session timings shown include 5 minutes at the beginning and end of a treatment to complete an information form and answer any questions.
