The treatment will include an in-depth consultation to fully understand your needs, followed by a reading of your feet.  This will give me an understanding of any areas that may need some extra attention.  The treatment will start with a lovely foot massage using specialised massage techniques and some deep breathing which will help to ease any stiffness, get the circulation moving, helping your body to deeply relax.  I will then move on to working reflex points.  As this treatment is tailor made to your own body's needs I will re-work any areas specific to you, ensuring you get the maximum benefit from your treatment.  The treatment will finish with some more soothing relaxation massage and deep breathing.  Reflexology is a whole body treatment with the aim to help you own body to heal itself and  you will leave the treatment feeling totally relaxed and more energised.

A 40 minute session using specialised Chakra crystal healing stones, specific to each of the seven chakras. I use the energy from the crystals combined with the energy from my hands to help the body to re-balance, leaving you with a feeling of total relaxation and well-being.
